Where Luxury Finds Its Place

Rebrand and coordinated system for a boutique real estate consultancy

Case study · branding, editorial, web design

Real estate, made for luxury.

FGB Consulting is a boutique real estate consultancy that places luxury brands and discerning investors on Europe's most wanted streets. The rebrand replaced a classical palazzo logo with a monogram seal and a fashion-led serif, then carried one coordinated system across the brochure, stationery, email signatures, lease proposals and the website. Navy and nude, giant street numbers, headlines repeated until they become texture.

The brief

What was needed

FGB Consulting helps fashion and lifestyle brands find exclusive locations in the main capitals of fashion, through a lean process and a solid network of contacts. The brand needed to look like the addresses it sells.

The idea

How it was solved

A classical palazzo logo became a monogram seal set beside a high-contrast, fashion-led serif. One coordinated system then ran through print, stationery, email, lease proposals and the website, with giant street numbers and headlines repeated until they turn into texture.

Prime address.

01 · The seal

A monogram, sealed.

The seal replaces the old palazzo drawing with a monogram held inside a circle, like a stamp on a deed. It works in six colourways, from navy on cream to white on navy, and in the primary lockup in nude on navy.

The palette

Steel#8DA5C6
Blue#6180AF
Nude#B69E96Accent
Stone#E8E3D9
Cream#FCF4E6

Hex values as printed on the colour and type board (board 05). The guideline labels the navy #153B3B, but the swatch and logo files are #172742, which the boards use.
