Questions

What are credits?

The studio’s currency: every service has a price in credits, taken from your wallet when you buy it. Your plan refills them every month.

Do credits expire?

Plan credits stay valid until the end of the following month, so one month of rollover. Top-ups last 12 months. Plan credits are always used first.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from your account: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Do I need technical skills?

No. We only ask for the brief, with an explanation of how to get each item.

Who checks the result?

Luca, before production. If something is missing, he asks you in the portal.

Can I attach my own materials?

Yes: briefs, copy, photos, video, audio, logos and examples you like, as files or links. They stay with the job and you find them next to the prototype.

What is the feasibility score?

Before the job goes to Luca, the LineOFF consultant reads brief and materials and scores it from 0 to 100: why, which phases are missing, which risks it sees and what to add to make it work harder. Estimates are always ranges with their assumptions: Luca checks them, they are not promises.
