Returns and refunds

This page explains how withdrawal, returns and refunds work for everything you buy on this site. In short: if something is wrong, write to me and I will fix it or refund you.

Who sells

The seller is Colucci Luca, an Italian sole proprietorship (ditta individuale), registered office Via Piero Gobetti 14, 20024 Garbagnate Milanese (MI), Italy, VAT IT12760270962. Email: lc@lucacolucci.it. Payments go through Stripe, on its secure checkout page.

Nothing to send back

This site sells digital products and services only: there are no goods to return by post. Books are sold on Amazon, which handles their returns and refunds. Listed events are run by third parties, under their own rules.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you buy as a consumer, that is not for your business, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. Just email lc@lucacolucci.it with the address you used to buy and what you want to cancel.

• Digital content (Academy library, downloads, guides): the right ends once you have started the download or access after asking to receive it immediately and accepting that you lose the right of withdrawal.
• Services (Luca Colucci OS packages, remote consulting, LineOFF): if you ask me to start within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only for the work already done. A service that is already complete cannot be withdrawn from.

Before paying, in the order summary, you ask for immediate access or an immediate start by ticking the box: without it the payment does not start. The date and the version of your request are kept with the order.

If you buy for your company or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, but the guarantees below still do.

Model withdrawal form

Complete it and send it to lc@lucacolucci.it only if you wish to withdraw; a plain email with the same details also works. After every purchase you receive an order confirmation by email with the request you ticked.

Academy products and downloads

If a file does not open, is incomplete or does not match its description, write to me: I will fix it or refund you. Digital content is also covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Italian and EU consumer law.

Executive Programs

You can withdraw within 14 days of enrolling. If the programme has started in the meantime and you have followed part of it, I refund the share you have not used.

Memberships and subscriptions

Memberships and LineOFF plans renew every month or every year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription and billing” in your account: access continues until the end of the period already paid and you are not charged again. A period that has already started is not refunded, except for withdrawal within 14 days of the first subscription.

Platforms (Luca Colucci OS)

Every package is built around the way you work, with a kick-off call and a delivery date. If what I deliver does not match what we agreed, I fix it at no cost; if I cannot fix it, I refund the part that does not match.

LineOFF and credits

Plan credits are valid until the end of the following month; top-up credits for 12 months. Credits cannot be exchanged for money, except for withdrawal within 14 days on credits not yet used. A service already delivered and approved is not refunded; the revision rounds included are stated in the price list.

Pay in 3

If you withdraw, or I refund a purchase paid in 3 instalments, the future instalments are cancelled and I return what is due from the instalments already paid. If an instalment fails, Stripe retries the charge and I write to you before deciding anything.

Duplicate purchases

If you buy something you already have (for example by paying without signing in), the second payment is refunded in full automatically, and a duplicate subscription is cancelled.

Checkout reminder

If you tick “send me a reminder” in the order summary and then do not finish paying, I send you one email with the link to pick it up again. It is optional and you can unsubscribe from the email itself.

How you receive the refund

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, at no cost to you. How long it then takes to show depends on your bank or card network.
