Pasta, but make it culture.
Layers of Love makes small-batch Italian comfort food in Miami: fresh-pasta lasagna, tiramisù, stuffed focaccia and catering. We built the brand as a culture magazine that happens to sell food.

The idea
“The Layers Issue.” Every product is a numbered issue, green is the ink, red is the food, yellow tape interrupts.
No luxury, no white-tablecloth cues: the tone is warm, ironic and editorial pop, at accessible prices. The logo already holds the idea of layers: a heart over three waves, like sheets of pasta. The website is built the same way, in stacked sections.

One heart.
Three layers.
The original logo was redrawn as clean vectors. The heart sits on top, three waves stack underneath like sheets of pasta: top, middle and base. It works in full colour, in one colour and in white, from a favicon to a delivery bag.
02 · Ink
Printed
in green.
Every page follows the same proportions: white paper about half, green ink a quarter, red around fifteen percent, a touch of yellow tape and almost no blue. Hover or tap a colour to see where it goes.

One summer in San Teodoro

A shop for one summer, signed like a postcard.
Canaparium is a young grow shop in San Teodoro, Sardinia, that sells hemp and nothing else, and it opened for one summer season. It needed an image as fresh and playful as the season it was born in. A classic serif name signed by hand like a postcard, a hemp leaf held in a hand-drawn bloom, and the colours of the island summer carry the brand from stationery and a shop sign to merchandise and a series of stand-up pouches.
The brief
What was needed
A very young all-hemp grow shop was opening its doors on the north-east coast of Sardinia for one summer season. It needed a fresh, playful image for a creative summer project.
The idea
How it was solved
The logo holds two voices: CANAPARIUM in classic, spaced capitals, a shop you can trust, and "San Teodoro" signed by hand like the back of a postcard. A hemp leaf held inside a hand-drawn bloom becomes the symbol and the pattern, in sea cyan, leaf green and bloom magenta.

01 · The symbol
A leaf in bloom.
The symbol is a hemp leaf held inside a hand-drawn bloom, its outline wobbly on purpose, as if sketched at a beach bar. It comes in the three colours of the island summer and is scattered across paper and fabric until it turns into the brand's pattern.
- CapitalsCANAPARIUM is set in classic, spaced capitals: a shop you can trust.
- Signature"San Teodoro" is signed by hand, with a few drops of ink and a small bloom at the end of the stroke.
- CharactersEvery strain gets its own colour and its own illustrated character on the pouch.
